We are manufacturing Induction Hardened, volume Hardened and Case Hardened Rolls and Shafts. We are manufacturing rolls duly pre-treated i.e duly toughened to core hardness of 32 - 40 (as per requirement) and then Induction hardened to max hardener to a depth of maximum of 8mm on tool point. These are manufactured as per specific requirement to suit particular application of the end
user. The micro structure termed confirm consistent hardener all over the Roll/Shaft body.

Also introducing workrolls duly toughened & induction hardened to maximum case depth to size of max 800mm diameter & 5mtr length.
